About Mild Steel Adjustable Prop

1. The material is M.S. ADJUSTABLE PROP JACK.
2. Prop Outer pipe is Chaser Threaded with Nut fitted in it and milled cuts in between to access prop Pins to hold INNER at a certain height.
3. Outer Pipe is welded with a BASE Plate at the bottom, with dimension of 150x150x6mm.
4. Inner pipe ids drilled holes of 14 mm diameter at a particular distance to increase or decrease the height of the jacking system. On the Bottom side it is welded with u plate, with dimension 100x 100x 6mm (50MM U height).
5. Inner pipe is 48OD Pipe only where as OUTER pipe is 60OD.
6. Pipe thickness is 2.9 mm for inner and 3.2 mm for outer.
7. All material is paint in fine Oxford Blue in Color.
8. We usually use these Brands of Pipe i.e BHUSHAN, KAMDHENU, SHRI AMBEY, SUNSHINE ETC.
9. All pipe is ISI MARKED ONLY.(none pipe is used without ISI).
